1、整机电气控制系统采用目前国际先进设计的德国西门子300-S7 PLC及其人机界面的独立高科技控制系统，充分运用高端数字脉冲信号进行程序设置及控制，运算速度快、保证主机、计量泵、三辊压光机、牵引夹送辊控制精密，达到同步性能好。

2、主机装置固定方式为钢结构底座，方便安装，pet片材，缩短安装时间及设备位置不可移动的局限性。

3、熔体齿轮泵、片材模头由分开吊装可位移装置改为固定吊装主机可位移形式，避免加热伸缩使之弯曲变形；主机机筒螺杆自动微调整，保证原料挤出稳定性。

4、收卷装置采用恒张力自动翻转收卷，保证保证生产的连续和数量的准确性。达到收卷单侧端面窜边≤2.5mm；无暴筋和麻点收卷质量。
